well was it slow before you put the mods in it?? if the answer is yes maby you must check by options on the SA Menu and then go to configuration and then avanced screenoptions and then you must check by the draw distince then put it out SA must be quicker know if it doest workt i dont know it Well anyway good luck

you can have the Night Vision goggles after the mission to rob the bank
