how do i uninstall it?

Hi, i am new to the forums. I have a problem with my gta sa for pc. I downloaded a 100% savegame and downgraded it to v1. When i load the game, the bar gets to the end but then it just crashes without reporting a problem (my cpu always reports it after a crash). I was just wondering what i can do. My game is not modded at all and i just re-installed it. thanks
