i managed to install some cars but when the game loads, it throws me out at the desktop.......i don't know what to do ...pls help me

guys i managed to install the cars but now when the game loads it throws me out at the desktop.....i don't understand why.can you help?

I have a programm called imgtool20......i put there some cars but when i played the game, all these cars i had replaced and of course the new cars didn't appear anywhere...i could see only the cars i had not touched........do you know any better programm or something else? Help me plsssss
