where can i find a good downgrader?

I have installed the downgrader and some car mods, but the game wont start, it says take the disc out and insert the original cd/dvd, could someone help me?

examples: 1. Ford Maverick (In the USA it goes by the name Ford espace) 2. Jaguar S-type 3. Ford Mondeo (New One) 4. Ford RS WRC 2007 5. Corvette Limousine 6. Ford Kuga Concept 7. Citroën C4 WRC 8. Subaru WRX WRC 9. Mitsubishi Evolution WRC 10. Ford Taurus (the new one)

I installed the mods and now when i start a new game or try to load a game the game just stopps at the loading screen right at the n letter, why?
