You must be running an older PC; lagging is common on that, y'know... damn i guess theres no way to fix it

oh and also if I look right down it goes fast but if i look up to normal point it goes slow and gay

for some reason my vice city goes extreemly slow, and dont say its the frame limiter coz its not, its way slower that usual anyone know how to fix it?
