I recently bought gta:sa for pc and wanted to use a few of the car mods, i've tried doing them manually with no success, then i tried using the SA, Mod installer, still with no success. I also tried doing the patch but it won't install cuz it says my version is up to date. I do have the "Second Edition" if that means anything. The progress bar will go half way then just sit there, ill have to ctrl_alt_del thenend the gtasa.exe. Any suggestions?
