Math needs help

Hi guys....i need help. Im stuck on Ice cold killer mission. Every time i start mission evrything is fine, cut scene is playing,and when cut scene ends my screen froze and whole gta stop's working. Pls can someone help me, i have v.1 gta downgraded from steam.
