The water level tool is one of the coolest tools i have downloaded of here if you havent you should! but now i want a tool just like that exept it changes the level of the default sand in the game like if you were to get rid of all the water in the water level mods sand !!!!! please make it becuase idk how! heres the link to the water level mod: http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=545

There needs to be a new category in the downloads section like cars or maps etc but for mods that dont require modding like the water level mod and other cool things like that ones that dont need to mod on img just the ones were you download and it now works make it!
