modded the game and now its not working

you know what i have the same problem with GTA SA [san andreas] and the problem has something to do with the IMG files in models every time you edit it in IMGtool it may corrupt the file or not load then loading the game for some stupid reason and i can't find a solution to the problem at the moment -
i am looking for a better GTA SA mod installer if anyone has one please let me know because i need one
