how do i open my COLFILE this is what im trying to do but the IMGTOOL wont open it (hotring.col replaced to the ...\models\coll\vehicles.col ) thxs for you help people :D :D

every time i go to the file for example: im trying to do the lambo. galardo and every time i try to delete hotring.txd and hotring.dff or renaming it it gives me a error saying (for deleting) :DIR file error! It might be in use... exiting... (Renaming it) :File access denied please help me!!! Thank You!!!!
