Even though he talks about the Buccaneer and the Manana, I believe I should only change the Manana lines. Any thoughts on this?

I am having a problem with the readme for this mod(http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=1011). It wants me to replace one car in vehicles.ide with another car, but this other car name is also in this file. I'm not sure but it doesn't seem possible to have 2 lines with the same car name. Maybe I have gotten confused, or perhaps the author has, but either way could someone download this mod and take a look at the readme. Ignore the original readme as that is for vice city! Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
