i need some help how can i go in vc-mp when it saids This application has failed to start becaues mss32.dll was not found Re-installing the application may fix this problem but i do have mss32.dll what is happing i need a web site to help me out

i need some help how can i get in to vc-mp i have gta-vc.exe it is so making me mad i need help with vc-mp i have gta-vc.exe but i cant get in someone give me a web site that i can go in vc-mp with out no erros
