I have been wondering in what way would the CPU hold me back? Would it be like a graphical lag? Or what?

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3800+, 2400MHz 1 Core(s), 1 logical processor

Memory: 3Gig DDR2

GPU: nVidia GeForce 8600GT

I would like to think it will run on all low, at least.

Sounds really good to me. Considering GTA IV wont come till PC until the end of the year (If at all? Sorry if I have missed out here). This mod would be huge combining two major games. However, the lack of graphics would stink.

Sorry to bring this topic back, but I didn't want to make a whole new one since this one had the same problem.

I was playing SA-MP fine earlier, then all of a sudden the servers didnt refresh (except for my favorites). It isn't blocked by a firewall, and I already tried to reinstall. Also, the site has been down for a couple hours now. Could it be undergoing maintenance of some sort?

Edit: Provided that I can actually play MTA.. I tried logging in, after I made an account, in the setup, but when I click "next" nothing happens..

Edit: Nevermind, just read that they are working on MTA, so installing might not work right. Ill just hang in there and play some SAMP.

If it's a skin, then just move the skin you downloaded into the "Skin" folder in your GTA directory. If it is a mod then I would use The GTA Installer.

As for the mod/skin itself, I don't know. Check the download section of this site. They have some good skins.
