Top Speed Acceleration Engine Inertia I also wanna tweak the Mass Turning Mass

so iv got myself the editor for the handling.cfg file and i wanted to make some changed to my cars i wanna pretty much beef up every cars top speeds, but i can never seem to get the settings right iv read up all tutorials iv found on the topic but theres none that comprehensively covers everything. I want pretty much ever car to be as good as the superGT, even faster. can anyone shed some light on the topic?
