i downloaded a saved game i stuck it in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files the game will load all the way then it will crash, someone help

Hi, my gta sa graghics lag after a minute and half of gameplay idk what the problem is i have tryed everything to get it to work adjusting the game advanced setting, adjusting my computer intergrated 3d setup all my drivers are updated. there is one thing i can think of my video memory 128mb i think i might have to upgrade not for sure please help me
