3 times i reinstalled it and didn't work :|

i have the latest video drivers but not systems where the hell i can get them??? but when i play sa-mp its everything ok i can see ppl

i turn on sa and i load my game and cj is white and all other people are white sometimes black and i even can't see the clothes :| pls reply as soon you can... sorry my en is bad
