Fierdon

I can bring up the reticle, I just cannot move it.. I've tried holding other buttons and pushing down the right stick, but nothing seems to work.. I've tried D/L SAAC, but I can't get it to even run..

I have the PC version of San Andreas and when I try to play with the xbox 360 controller I cannot manually target. I can bring up the crosshairs for each gun, but I cannot move the target around. Anyone know how to get this to work? I've looked in the settings and found nothing.
