There a way to disable the blowing up when hitting Panzer? I have a copy of the game that I use just for having some city fun, and would like to have it so when my cars touch a Panzer tank, they do not blow up. I use the Ultimate Trainer, and this does not cover that. Thanks in advance.

Where would I adjust the car speed? I know somewhere in the handling.cfg but where? I can't tell what set of numbers is for what...LOL

I need a way to keep the cops from popping my tires with bullets and spike strips. I need it so I can still use the save games I have. I have a 100% save game, so I can just have some fun, and would hate to not be able to use it if I mod the main.scm file. Thank you.
