im about 35 - 36% way through the game (360), and I havent come across either

the driving physics are more realistic. guaranteed they take a little time to get used to, but once you do, they are a great improvement imo. I love the way the old muscle cars wallow round corners and using the handbrake is great fun !

there'll be a lot of DLC for gta4 neways

i would have liked the opportunity to buy property on GTA4 aswell.
