hello!! i tried to open my parachute while playin gta san andreas on PC...but i dunno how to open it

anybody knows where to download the IMG tools for gta san andreas!!! pls!! tell me!! i m new here!! pls tell me and wat to do next after downlaoding!! and how to replace fiels after extracting them thank you, Goddragon
