Can anyone give a direction cause i did a serch on that file but it found only the DFF file that is extraceted. :'(

It is a DFF file not a TXD file.

Hello! I want t omake a custom ped for sa-p and singleplayer but i got lost in the process. I found the skin i want t oedit and extracded it with IMG tool 2 to my desktop by the way it was a ped named vla2 it is a mexican gan dud he is lightblue.I went to my desktop and tryed to open the file with photoshop but i got error so i need some help.I want to open the file with photoshop(cs3) and edit it.Thanks to who ever helps!
