I'd like to know what tools I should use for what I'm going to make but first is it possible to add peds to where I want them? If so how? My intention is to create another island it'll be a replica of my town but aswell as people I need to know how I can edit buildings so if I get to a store I want to create I'd like to put the name of it on the top or on the side and make it look almost like the real thing, if you're wondering why i'm not using San Andreas to make this mod it's because for some unknown reason if I edit something on San Andreas when the game is loading it crashes, but if I can't add peds then I probably won't go ahead with it since I don't really want a ghost town.
