No one?

I am looking for someone to make or find a mod of a 94-02 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually, and/or a 92-97 Ford F350 Dually Crew Cab that replaces the semi trucks (tanker, road train, or linerunner). As for colors, i like black and red. I don't even know if this is possible, but i would really appreciate it if someone could make me this p.s. here are some pics of the trucks

i don't understand how to use it and i really want to install some mods. can someone please tell me how to use it or direct me somewhere where i can find out. also, can anyone give me some personal favorite mods for GTA VC?

in vice city (pc) where are the save files located? i downloaded one, but im not sure where to put it so i can play on it. help is appreciated.
