You'll also receive another phone call from Jethro telling you that Cesar is starting up a wishlist for a collection of cars he needs.
Wang Cars is now available for purchase.
Cesar Vialpando's Missions Are Now Unlocked.
I was screwing around, didn't answer the phone, and started on the desert missions. Now it seems like these missions are lost. I can't buy Wang Cars and I don't have a CV on the map. I sincerely hope I'm not screwed.
Please help.
