tryed that did not work

Ok so here what's going on i try and start GTA SA and i get the send error but it work not too long ago but i did do some thing in my computer> advaced tab>performence>advanced>change then i changed it back. but i still get the error i need help i am in the min of the game.

I just got GTA:SA and I mest with the spraycan using GTASA Ultimate Editor I play GTA SA and spray and the game crash's. The animation is flame and I don't think thats right.

There are alot i have tried most of them but i am getting tired of trying them all and i just know this is faster.

So i just got GTA:SA then i started to play around with this tool called GTA:SA Ultimate editor. so any way i need help with the SPRAY CAN because wen i use it the game crash's
