There's nothing out the norm there.

Nope, nothing. My PSP reacts when I charge it by computer, so the cable is definately working.

I can't find a folder called PSP.

who thinks gta vcs sucks
Here's a tip, don't say this in a Vice City Stories forum >.>

You will need a USB Cable which is used for the PSP, connect it to your PC and move the savedata to the savegame folder and then go to the PSP menu to check if it's there.
I can't seem to find the Save game folder location. I have my PSP connected via usb cable.

Hey guys, I recently downloaded a save file for VCS (PSP). How do I install it onto my PSP?
Sorry if it's in the wrong forums.

idk about any of u but i'd rather have it portable than being stuck by any power source....
I have PSP, I haven't encountered any bugs with it at all.

Yeah sunshine autos isnt it just a little building down the road from where the big one is, i remember cos you could buy some car or quadbike or something there ( a picture of a lock)
Correct. Sunshine autos as we know from VC is being built in VCS. In VCS it's a dirt lot next to the construction site.
As you complete missions reward cars can be bought (bought, WTF!?) there.
Actually where Sunshine Auto's is on Vice City is where the Trailer Park is on Vice City Stories.
Save game for PSP?
