Title and Description mostly saids it all

it comes up with message "Car spawned" and nothing comes up XD

I saw a video on youtube and this guy was showing mods and one of them was a ingame menu to spawn cars.

np.. just to let you know if you want to find out how to edit that scm file i have no idea =[ all i know how to do is mod stuff lol P.S Do you know where a car spawner is that i can chose by menu ingame?

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data\script\script.img\Carmod1.scm You need IMG Tool 2.0 to edit script.img though

Sorry if I got some peoples hopes up with the title but I'm looking for what I posted in title.. Vehicle spawner menu that shows up in game...with all vehicles...Anyone post links? upload please? something? iv ben looking for one for a month now and so far all iv found were trainers and i hate using trainers...i wanted to use stuff that injects itself into the game when i start it without having to hit windows key or ctrl-alt-del just to get to them and lag my comp lol..
