but when there was territorys i didnt get all of the territorys after that mission when u get 'em.does this mean i can't get 100%? Do you ever see grove members after that mission ever?

After I did the mission "green sabre" I busted big smoke and ryder trading their names in for a green sabre, then I rushed to the place where sweet was being ambushed then i shot all the ballas then the cops came then the cutsence.When I came back to Los santos all that gang territory colors were gone, and ballas had 100% control,ballas everywhere, even sweets house.then i shot like 20 ballas but no war, i never saw another grove member again.WHat happened??
