Its been out for a while but to learn more about it go here unfortunately you have to register to download. i submitted it here, but it hasn't been posted as a download yet. it is a san andreas online mod that has weapons you can kill people with built in stats ore a scoreboard allows you to ride in vehicles as passengers. some videos of it are here(11mb) and here(26mb)long . i've played all of the other san andreas online mods and this one is the best for combative or cooperative play. it does not have car spawning built in (you have to have a car spawning mod for this) or teleporting as of yet but it only 6 days old ; )
