I figured out how to do skin modding but I can't find my "skins" folder under Vice City User Files. HELP! HELP! HELP!

Hey everyone. I am new to this site. I recently looked into modding and am interested in changing my skin in Vice City. I have the file I want and have it extracted, I just don't know what to do after that. Where do you I put this .bmp file? All help will be appreciated. Thanks.
