Hmm I dont have .bmp files I have .dff and .txd,

I just found this great side, and i'm very impressed, very very good, very active and organized, 2 thumbs up! Now I saw your great skins and all that, but can someone tell me exactly on how to install them ? for GTA-VC please, thx.
