I have got the exact same issue, i have tried on various attempts. After the either manual (.rar) or automatic (.exe) installations, San Andreas wont even load up. It must be something to do with either: "vorbisfile" or "vorbishooked" or "celo.asi". It then causes me to re-install san andreas and try again. Any ideas or help you can offer me? Thanks EDIT: i realised that using the (.exe) installer allows you to install CELO therefore allowing you to play again, still without CELO though.
