Just some ideas: -Hong Kong -Tokyo -London -Moscow -Budapest (cuz im hungarian ) -Columbia (with some small town, many villages, and a great jungle) -Mexico -Hawaii (with a mix of TDU and Vice City feeling)

Noo please i want a completely new location. Whoever says vice city or san andreas is a boring repetitive person

I'd like to make traffic much bigger and see more cars and peds on the streets. Anyone can help plz?

hmm... I'd say Hong Kong, it has got a great atmosphere i think. But from the voteable cities i would choose Tokyo
