    Yes, find the NoCD crack. I found one through a basic web search. You have to put a few items into your SA folder, then mods will work
  2. Ntruder
    Search the web for, and download the NoCD crack. You'll get a few things that you just need to drop in your San Andreas folder, then mods will all work. (And you won't have to use your DVD to play the game)
