ok would it be at all possible to make a mod/application that teleported you to where ever you put the red indicator thing on the map, like you mark it on the map in game then press F8 to teleport there. i think this would be really cool for poeple trying tog et 100 complete or for people that just get sick of driving or w/e

the pedsetrians in the game are see through. or i can only see like parts of them at a time. the come in and out of visibility, not sure why its doing this any ideas? and its not just the peds its smoke rider everyone even in the CUT scenes.
