I do not see it on my taskbar, . i see it only in the Taks Manager, when i have it minimized then i will see it on my desktop. its a small bar, can;t do anything with it. more options i can try ?

Yea, i have the newest DirectX and .NET 3.5 SP1. stil has the problem.

Hi, I have a problem with the mod installer, (gta4mods.com) I can't get it on my screen, .. its runing, but i do not see any menu on the desktop. I can minimize and maximize it, but noting happens Someone know this problem?
