So this program will automatically have Dmagic1's wheel mod program on it?

I'm new to the boards and any help would be greatly appreciated. I just donwloaded GTA Mod Manager and I've been donwloading and installing some new skins for bikes and some cars, but most cars have different wheels and I need the Dmagic1's Wheel Mod. I have it downloaded but I cannot install it correctly. It tells me to select the folder that GTA VC is in and I do so, and it keeps telling me that it is wrong. Please help!!!
