I just want to know about all kind of mods and there links which can change SA's graphics accept ENBseries which enhances the graphics alot. I am looking for mods like improved nos, smoke and fire, improved road and car reflection, lights e.t.c thx

In the handling.cfg, is it possible to adjust the acceleration and top speed of each vehicle because i've recently added some cars like lambourgini and mitsubishi lacer e.t.c but the cars i've replaced it with are kinda irrelivent. What i mean is lancer goes much much faster then lambourgini because i replaced feltzer with it and i replaced zr 350 with lancer. This is just an example so can i actually adjust the acceleration and top speed of each car as i want? If so please explain in simple words how i can do it. thx
