yah i have the same problem 2 ..but what i do is when it starts raining..i just use the sunny weather cheat code...n poof!it becomes normal...u can try it!!

if u r playing frm dvd ...try putting it in ur dvd rom nnn then try copying the crack file if it keeps happening
