What programs would I need to make a full modification for cars and... and I wouls probably need a small tutorial in it becouse I never made my own mods for may game

Well that is what I've thought in the first place one for those who don't know how to use imgtool and one for those who know or just don't like SAMI

You don't understand what I have wanted to say the imgtool isn't hard for me to use becoase I've used it since GTA3 But it is a lot easyer to use SAMI and for those that want to use imgtool use it.

I want to ask every one who is making mods for GTA-SA to use SAMI becouse there is a lot of gamers that cant use imgtool and when they use it they screw up big time example my brother crashed the game several times with out backing up info about the game
