I'd like to see a Benz 190E with the EvoIII kit

i want to request a car for vice city. But i didnt find any "request topic" so... if any one cuold make that car? The car i want is a mercedez benz 190E Evo3 OR...if it already exists send it to me, or send me a link?? Its my favourite car in the world! I know its alot of work to make a car but...i want it so bad! PLEASE!!!
