This seems like an alright mod idea for someone to try. Skin some billboards and random buildings with the Grand Theft Auto IV logo.

I have san andreas version 2 and everytime i try to load a mod my game freezes on the loading screen and i have to shut off my computer. I've read the read me files in the zip's and i do everything right but it still freezes. any help?
