    Copy dx8vb.dll file to c:\windows\sysWOW64\. Then run CMD(run as administrator) and type: regsvr32 c:\windows\sysWOW64\dx8vb.dll . If dont work type: regsvr64 c:\windows\sysWOW64\dx8vb.dll
