Hey first post! Well i've never modded before and i want to know if it's possible to build a 3D model in say Blender 3D and place it somewhere in the GTA San Andreas map? Or make it spawn or something. I would also like to know which programs i would need and what format i should save the 3D model. I'm running GTA SA v1 by the way Thanks
