Can someone help me with this error?... eg: is it from adding a car that is faulty?/or Is this something else?...

I have recently added some mods to my GTA4.Now when the game starts and it gets to the menu part I have abbreviated letters not words like where it would say options I have an O etc Quit there is an Q etc... even in the game when the cell is used there is only letters not words visible on the cell.Can anyone please help...
