I have GTA 4 for the pc and it works great and I have it for steam, but the only problem is that I can't install mods. I can edit textures and models with Spark IV but thats about it. The only mods that have worked are the simple native trainer and the realistic driving and flying mod, but nothing else besides that. Can anyone help or give advice
