My mo and my dads computer (2 different computers) both have 512mb of ram and my dads computer doesnt like skip and isnt slow but my moms computer skips sometimes and also is slow. Is my moms computer just out of date or is there is sompthing im missing?? Is it the RAM or the video card???

did you try the carcols.col file cause in that script (not complex) there is a way to change the size but try looking for a car editor cause some of them have wheel size/type changers and other car info.
