im new here pretty much been modifying the car files for 2 years now got me a baggage handler that can be jumped from the airport to starfish island took me 12 attempts and ive finally made it. i posted a pic of the insane stunts i got for the sabre turbo vs one of my attempts with my baggage handler. how do you submit mods? ive got carcols files i want to release and handling files, powerpunch (safe from other pedestrians with the riot cheat on) pretty small sized, basic mods that are pretty cool. i know theres some people out there that would love them cos their computers cant handle the ones other guys put up.

me and my modded baggage handler, we find vice city quite amusing!!! I DONT use any modding machines/downloads cos my computer cant handle them and the version of vice city in australia is different so you cant use the trainers or anything on it. only a save file modder and it only just works. wish you people could make some some mods that are for the people with real crap/standard computers....
