I'm getting into modeling and was wondering if there is a guide for creating new scenery (aka, creating more city or landmass) for use in GTA 4, or if someone here knows how to do it? I'd like to use 3DS Max for the modeling, so are there any tools for it that I can use, and where can I get them?
