CalWat

I've tried many different times using many different strategies, but it always ends the same. Any solutions to this problem? It's driving me crazy. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. I'm playing GTA: EFLC 1.1.2.0 retail version. Ahh...ask me if you need any more useful info.
